I had the most wonderful weekend.
We spent time with friends and relatives.
Lot's of floor scrubbing was done too!..and laundry..
Managed to squeeze a nice long run in..Before heading out for a jog, I pulled out my recipe for half moon cookies and baked some up..
After my run, I frosted them, testing the frosting often for
quality and taste...
These are my FAVORITE cookies! We usually go to a local ice cream shop called Wemple and Edicks, where they sell huge half moon cookies with gobs of frosting on them...I have to say they are even better than mine...though I haven't met a bad one yet.
